John Armstrong Waters and Nancy Allen Waters (second wife). John A. Waters was born 1 Aug 1837; died 11 Apr 1894. Nancy Allen Waters was born12 Nov 1845; died 2 Feb 1919. They were married on 4 Feb 1869. They were both born in Benton County, TN. John Armstrong Waters served in Company E., 6th Tennessee Cavalry, U.S. during the Civil War. They are buried at Berry Cemetery, Big Sandy, TN.
