       The Tennessee State Library and Archives has the largest collection of Tennessee Newspapers. The filming project began in 1957 and continues today.  The TSLA will loan microfilm via interlibrary loan to Tennessee Libraries only.

The University of Tennessee at Knoxville has an online database of American Newspapers held in institutions across Tennessee.

TNGenWeb has online "Abstracts from Tennessee Newspapers."
