James 4, John 2, Martha A. 5/12. Josh served in Civil War, and
died in Andersonville Prison. Arminda'a maiden name was WRIGHT.

- John M. EDMONDS had a son named William whom married Minnie
Harris. Minnie Harris I think was fron Granville, Tennessee.
Her fathers name was Milton Harris. William was also married
before Minnie, her name was Martha Cale. Her mother's name was
Catherine Cale. These two wives had 22 children together with
William, 11 each. They lived on hwy. 70 below Baxter, Tennessee
for years. There is a Edmonds family cementery also there. I
can't find out much about the Harris;s or the Cales. Any
information would be gearly appreciated.William was born in
1868 and died in 1951.His children include John, Floyd, Robert,
Jewel. Ira, Charlie, Jack, Marion, Frank,Fannie, minnie, Alma,
Margie, to name afew.

- Seeking information on Thomas Nicholas married to Susannah
Travis Nicholas. Thomas ran a grist mill on Falling Water River
in about 1830. His youngest son Henry McKenney Nicholas ran the
mill at a later date. Thomas had a number of sons. Phenius(?),
David, Johathan, James E. Zinett, Henry. Some of these sons
married into the Peek family. Phenius'Nicholas oldest son was
named Thomas Jefferson Nicholas and he married Sarah Ray whose
mother was Nancy Ray. Phenius was born in Georgia in 1807.
Thomas Jefferson Nicholas was born in Middle Tennessee(Overton

HUNTER,
MARCHBANKS
- Searching for information on Richard and Narcissa HUNTER.
and their children, Lafayette, Manda, Annie, Emely, Malissa,
Mariah, Mary, and Sarah. They are together on the 1870 Putnam
Co., TN census but we only found Lafayette with his wife Dora
and a son in 1880. They are Native American and may have tribal
enrollment. Please help!

CONNER
- Can someone please help me? I am trying to trace my
Cherokee heritage. My maternal grandmother was full blooded
Cherokee, but I don't know her name. No-one ever told my
mother, my grandmother died giving birth to my mom. I have just
started looking because I just gained access to a computer.
Please hurry if you can. You see, I have severe emphysema and
the doctor's have given up hope. I would like to get as much

Their childeren are James Lafayette b.1880 d.1961, Bettie Jane
