In this case it appearing to the Court that an execution was issued for a balance due to the Plaintiff after condemnation and sale of land, sold in this Court, under order of condemnation–the said execution for such balance issuing from this Court, and it appearing that said execution came into the hands of R. H. HARRIS, Sheriff, and was by him levied on the following land and as property of W. H. GUTHRIE, namely situated in State of Tennessee District 5—and it also appearing that said execution was levied on the following tract of land, as the land of L. M. JELKS namely situated in the State of Tennessee, County of Crockett, Bells Depot; bounded on the East by J. N. CAMERON, West by T. E. NOEL, South by F. B. WOODWARD, and North by E. M. MIDYETT.

This day came the Attorney General and the Defendant in proper person, and by leave of the Court a Nollia Psosequi is entered herein as of conviction, And thereupon comes into Court T.E. NOEL, who with the defendant acknowledges themselves indebted to the State for the costs aforesaid. It is therefore considered by the Court that the State recover of the defendant and T.E. NOEL jointly the fine and costs aforesaid.
