Administrator
BRINKLY WHITE

On motion DANIEL WHITE was appointed administrator of BRINKLY WHITE Deceased whereupon the said DANIEL WHITE came into Court and entered into Bond in the sum of Two hundred dollars with H. H. MAHON and A. M. FARROW as his securities which Bond was severally acknowledged in open Court approved and ordered to be recorded and the said DANIEL WHITE was duly qualified according to law

Monday, April the 1st A.D. 1872

Ordered by the Court that W. F. JONES, W. E. TUCKER and JNO CARTER be and they are hererby appointed Commissioners to lay off and set apart one years allowance and support to MRS. NANCY WHITE and her children exclusive of what the Law allows.

Monday, May 6th A.D. 1872

The Commissioners appointed by the last Term of this Court to Lay off and set apart one years allowance for MRS. NANCY WHITE widow of BRINKLY WHITE deceased. Would respectfully report that they find nothing there except what the Law allows her.
