The settlement of R. W. FLEMING admstrator of the estate of ELLIE BUCHANAN Deceased was made with the clerk of this court and dated February the 4th 1889 was examined by the court was ratified confirmed and ordered recorded.

Be it remembered that this day the clerk presented a settlement with R. W. FLEMING administrator of ELLIE BUCHANAN deceased which was confirmed the court and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court upon the examination of witnesses in open court that this fund belongs to WILLIE BUCHANAN, CLOPTON BUCHANAN, FLORANCE BUCHANAN and CLARA BUCHANAN the three last of whome are minors now living with their mother MRS. F. G. BUCHANAN and it appearing that D. H. THOMAS was duely appointed Guardian for them for the purpose of collecting the fund upon an Inshurance policy and it further appearing to the court that the funds belonging to each is about the sum of One Hundred Dollars, that the means belonging to them are unsufficient for their support and the interest on said funds would not be sufficient to Justify the continuance of a regular Guardian and that they need the same to be expended for them. It is therefore ordered that D. H. THOMAS as Guardian for said children be annuled and set aside he tendering his ressignation to the court. It is further ordered that R. W. FLEMING pay the said amount to MRS. F. G. BUCHANAN she being a proper party to receive it who is hereby autherized to expend said money for said children as she may deem best and that R. W. FLEMING pay over to D. H. THOMAS Guardian for WILLIE BUCHANAN his share of said funds.
