On petition P. J. BOWERS was this day appointed administrator of V. L. MALLET Deceased Thereupon P. J. BOWERS Came into Court was duly qualified intered into and acknowledged his Bond in the sum of Two thousand Dollars with PERRY FARROW and J. W. CATES as his securaties who severally acknowledged the same in open Court which is approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded ordered that Letters of administration issue to the said P. J. BOWERS.

Ordered by the Court that JOHN EVANS, WM. P. LERWIS and D. G. SMITH be appointed commissioners to set apart for the use of the minor children under Fifteen years of age of V. L. MALLET Deceased. All property exempt from Executurs and attachment as provided in 2288 and 2289 Section of the Code and 2284 and 2287 Section of the Code and report to the next term of this Court.

The Commissioners appointed at the May term of the Court to set apart for the use of the minor Children under fifteen years of age of V. L. MALLETT Dec all property exempt from execution and attachment as provided for in sections 2284 – 2287 – 2288 – 2289 of Code made the following report.

Persuant to the above order We the undersigned Commissioners appointed at the May term of the County Court of Crockett County have proceeded to set apart to the Minor Children under fifteen years of age of V. L. MALLETT Dec. The following property exempt from Execution by law also one buggy on hand to purchase shoes sugar coffee and necessaries of life for one year to wit.
