Stephen Gorman came from Ireland during the potato famine. He and one brother stowed away on a cattle boat, and landed in Phil., PA. We know he had one son named John S. Gorman and we are sure there are others?
Somehow John Gorman settled in Crockett Co and marred Sallie Ann Betts. Sallie Ann Betts was the daugther of William Allen Betts and Mary Ann Kilzer.
