It appearing to the court that W. H. GOOCH administrator of J. G. NOWELL is dead and that said W. H. GOOCH as administrator of said estate has never had any settlement of said estate and that the same remains unsettled and that W. N. BEASLEY appeared in court and ask to be appointed by the request of the NOWELL heirs administrator de bonos non of said estate Whereupon the court appoints said BEASLEY as administrator de bonos non of said estate of J. G. NOWELL and he appearing in open court and entered in to bond and security in the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) dollars conditional as the law directs with W. H. ROBERTS and W. T. NUNN as his securities…
