M. ELLOR FITZ
Miss M. ELLOR FITZ a minor over Fifteen years of age this day came into Court and asked the Court that R. T. D. FOUCHE be appointed her Guardian on motion thereupon the request was granted and the said R. T. D. FOUCHE came into Court and Entered into Bond in the sum of Two hundred dollars with H. H. MAHON and FRANCIS E. MAYHON as his securities who severally acknowledged said Bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and the said R. T. D. FOUCHE was then duly Qualified as the Law directs.
