& State of Tennessee. Witnesseth that for
And in Consideration of two Hundred &
fifty Dollars to Thomas Wilson paid
by the Said Richard Ward That the
Said Robert H Cobb has this day Sold
And Conveyed Unto the said Richard
Ward a certain Tract or parcel of land
lying in Said County of Haywood
begining at a Stake in the line at James Boothe north —–
——– line thence —— west the said Boothes line, thus
North the said Whitney line to Butterton’s line then his line East
to the —- to John D Castellow’s line then along the line South to
the begining Containing 50 acres be the Same more or less. to him
the Said Ward to have and to hold the Same unto him the Said
Ward his heirs & assigns forever as witness my hand and Seal this
