Ordered by the Court that E. JACKSON, JOHN WILLIAMS and D. A. CROSSNOE be and they are hereby appointed Commissioners to lay off and set apart one years support for MRS. NANCY CASEY and family out of the effects of her deceased husband EVERETT CASEY and report at the next term of this Court.

On motion B. F. CASEY was this day appointed Administrator of EVERETT CASEY decd estate.

Thereupon the said B. F. CASEY came into open Court and entered into bond in the sum of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars with T. B. CASEY and P. P. BENNETT as his securities who severally acknowledged said bond in open Court which was approved by the Court and ordered recorded and the same B. F. CASEY was duly qualified as the law directs. It was further ordered that letters of Administration issue to the said B. F. CASEY.
