This Cause this day came on to be heard on affo—-? and Bond made before ISAAC M. JOHNSON an acting Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Crockett and state of Tennessee From all the facts presented to the Court It was ordered adjudged and decreed that the defendant was guilty and should support the infant and that he have his three notes payable and for the several amounts as follows The Notes to be made to ISAAC M. JOHNSON Chairman of this Court The 1st for $4- dollard due 8 July 1874 The 2nd For Thirty (30) dollars due 8 July 1875 The 3d For Twenty (20) dollars due on the 8 July 1876 and the defendant is hereby ordered released from —-? having secured by J. W. EVANS Twenty (20) dollars on the first note and that they pay the Cost of these proceedings for which Let execution Issue
