To the worshipful County Court Crockett County Tenn Sept Term 1891. The undersigned free holders being appointed commissioners to set apart a years support for MRS. ELIZABETH WARD Widow of JAMES WARD Deceased being duely sworn do hereby assign for said widow years support the following articles to witt. 20 blbs corn in pressent crop 20 bush wheat on hand 300 lbs Pork 50 lbs lard 25 lbs coffee 50 lbs sugar 10 gal molasses 2 lbs pepper 5 lbs sody 1 lb spice 1 lb ginger 200 lbs salt, cash for clothing and unmentioned nessarys $50. and set apart one mule which we value at $50 and one bale of cotton of 500 lbs valued at $40.00 from which the above amount of money is to be received.

All of which is respectfully submited.
