Historical Issues of Maryville Times Coming Online
Great news for Blount County researchers! Historical issues of the Maryville Times newspaper are going to be available online within the next couple of years.
The issues will be processed as part of the TN Newspaper Digitization Project from the University of Tennessee and the Tennessee State Library & Archives. Several papers have already been completed during Phase I of the project, so Phase II promises to bring even more. All issues are hosted by the Library of Congress and are searcheable via the Chronicling America project website.
