I Michael Harvey have this day bargained and sold, and do hereby transfer and convey to Ann Jeffries and her heirs forever for the consideration of three Dollars to me paid, a tract of land in the State of Tennessee Blount County and district number ten (10) containing by Estimation two acres be the same more or less, and bounded as follows Beginning on a line running north eighty two and one half East being thee same line that verifies the lands of the said Ann Jeffries and the land the said Michael Harvey bought of James Tallent whose the said line crosses the Lanes Ferry road and thince with said line to the corner of said Harvey land that he purchased of Willie B. Wright and being also a corner to the said Ann Jeffries land thence south thirty two and one fourth East to the said Lanes Ferry road, thince with said road to the Beginning To have and to hold the same to the said Ann Jeffries her heirs and assigns forever. I do comment with the said Ann Jeffries that I am lawfully seized of said land have a good right to convey it – and that the same is unincumbered I do further comment and bind myself my heirs and representatives to warrant and forever defend the title to the said land, and every point thereof to the said Ann Jeffries, her heirs and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons whatever this 28th Nov 1849.
