Oregon Tenn. April 19th 1850 Mr. C. B. King
Dear Sir - having been appointed guardian for the heirs of Wm. King late of this county and being informed that they have some funds in you hands, I embrace this method of saying to you that as guardian it becomes necessary for me to attend to that matter. I hope you are prepared to pay over the same at any time be that as it may. I wish to hear from you forthwith upon that subject.

Your friends here are well.
