McKinney in relation to the sale of a negro woman Nancy and her two children Sarah & Jane, I have this day for and in consideration of the sum of six hundred & twenty five dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, sold and conveyed unto the said McKinney & his heirs forever, the said Negroes, all of which are warranted slaved for life, and the said Nancy is warranted to be about twenty three years of age, and the said slaves are hereby warranted sound, healthy and sensible when the said McKinney bought them of me, except the slave Jane whose soundness is in no way or manner warranted.
