Carolina. for 290 pound, for Land, Centerd with Martin armstrong & company 3000 acres. 2 obligations making armstrong acountable for said Lands to me. 1 deed of Conveyance made by armstrong to me for 545 acres being a part of the above Land on Round Lick Creek. 1 paper wherein martin armstrong makes himself acountable to me for four hundred pounds in specie certificate which papers was put into my sons hand to act on for my use.
