Sumner County
To Any lawful Officer to Execute
Whereas upon the Examination of Caroline Josey a single woman, this day taken before us, it Appears that she has been Delivered of a Bastard child [ ] than thirty days, which said Child may become Chargeable [ ] County aforesaid, and the Said Caroline Josey has Confessed [ ] a Certain John Hutchinson of the County Aforesaid did [ ] the said Child, and has Charged him with the same thereto [ ] Therefore to Command you to Apprehend the said John Hutchinson, if to be found in your County, and him [ ] Bring Before us, or some other two Justices of the Peace [ ] County to Answer the Above named Charge herein [ ] Given under Our hands & seales this 17th day of Nov 1834
