For the consideration of two hundred and fifty dollars to us collectively-
To Jas. W. Wright and wife Z. A. Wright. Nineteen dollars cash, 1st note for thirty one dollars due 25th day of Dec. 1890. 2nd note for forty dollars due 25th day of Dec. 189?. To F.C. Dorris and wife Ella Dorris Eighty dollars cash. To J.W. Ausbrooks and wife Emma Ausbrooks Eighty dollars cash, the receipt of which is acknowledged. We Jas W. Wright and wife Z.A. Wright, F.E (or C) Dorris and wife Ella Dorris, J. W. Ausbrooks and wife Emma Ausbrooks have this day bargained, sold, released and do transfer and convey unto Jas R. Bradley our three (3) __ undivided interests in the place or tract of land owned by Eliza A. Bradley during her natural life and at her death remaineth to her heirs, known as the William Johnson tract, and purchased of him by the Said Eliza A. Bradley, ___ in the 16th Civil District of the afore said county and State, and is bounded as follows.
Beginning at a down Post Oak on Ed Deasys line thence S. 105 P. To a Post Oak. Thence W. 38 P. To a rock. Thence South 169 P. To a Black Oak on W. T. Harris line corner of Grovey and Ray on Rays North boundary line. Thence N. 7 W. 172 P. To a rock in mouth of Groves Lane. Thence E. 121 P. To a __with pointers, Thence N. 105 P. To a rock in Beads South boundary line, with pointers. Thence West 172 poles to the beginning, containing by estimates one hundred (182) and Eighty two acres be this same more or less. To have and to hold to the Said Jas. R. Bradley his heirs and assigns this said three (3/9) ninths undivided interest in the above described tract of land forever being subject to the life terms of the said Eliza A. Bradley. We covenant with the said Jas. R. Bradley that we are lawfully sized by inheritance of the said three ninths undivided interest, that it is not encumbered and the legal title is in us and we leave a good and perfect right to convey the same. And we bind ourselves, our heirs and representatives to warrant and forever the title in and to said three ninths undivided interest to the Said Jas. R. Bradley his heirs and assigns against the legal claims of all persons whomsoever.

Personally appeared before me W.T. McGlothlin N.P. in and for said county and State, Jas. W. Wright and wife Z.A. Wright, FC. Dorris and wife Ella Dorris, J.W. Ausbrooks and wife Emma Ausbrooks ___, with whom I am personally acquainted and acknowledged the execution of the annexed deed for the purposes therein expressed. Mrs. Z.A. Wright wife of Jas W. Wright, Mrs. Ella Dorris wife of F.C. Dorris, and Mrs. Emma Ausbrooks wife of J.W. Ausbrooks being examined privately and apart from their husbands acknowledged the execution of the annexed instrument by them freely, voluntarily and understandingly by without compulsion or constraint by their said husbands. Given under my hand and natural seal. Oct. 13th 1890. W.T. McGlothin, Notary Public Rec'd. for registration Oct. 14th 1890 at 8 1/2 o'clock a.m. Registered and examined Oct. 17th 1890
