1. My source for the death records is Ancestry.com. If you have access to Ancestry, do not request a record from me. If you are a Tennessee resident (who is not a member of Ancestry.com) you can view these records online. Please do not request them from me.

2. I can provide copies of death records for the years 1908 - 1958.
3. In the subject line of your e-mail put Sumner County Death Record.
4. Include the name of the deceased, year the deceased died, or a year range. Please include any other information that might help me in my search.
5. Sorry but if the above guidelines are not followed, your e-mail will go unanswered.

Please limit your request to two death records per e-mail, and, most importantly, please be patient. It may take a few days to get back to you!
