1       estate of John Glasgow by Samuel Stacker, administrator:

          - Stacker made suggestion of insolvency on 7 Nov 1836

          - on 12 Apr 1837, Court appointed Jacob Shryock, Philander Priestley and William R. Lee as commissioners to settle the estate

3       - estate totaled $205.29, $175.05 in claims, $30.24 in expenses, leaving enough to pay the creditors without proration

 

5       estate of Edmund Kelly by John Parchment, administrator:

          - Parchment made suggestion of insolvency on 1 May 1837

          - on 2 Sep 1837, Court appointed Jacob Shryock, Philander Priestley and William R. Lee as commissioners to settle the estate

9       - estate totaled $410.41, $144.34 in expenses, leaving $266.05 to be divided among the creditors at 32 cents on the dollar

 

11     estate of Allen B. Purvis by J. C. Ingram, administrator:

          - Ingram made suggestion of insolvency on 6 May 1837

12     - on 15 Sep 1837, Court appointed John Kercheval, Alexander M. Wall and William R. Lee as commissioners to settle the estate

15     - estate totaled $286.74, $180.57 in expenses, leaving $106.1875 to be divided among the creditors at 34 cents on the dollar

 

17     estate of Thomas Lankford by James Wilson, administrator:

          - Wilson made suggestion of insolvency on 16 May 1838

 

18     estate of Clement Rushing:

          - on 6 May 1840, commissioners J. C. Ingram, C. C. Clements and H. Milton Atkins settled the estate

19     - estate totaled $75.43, $12.37 in expenses, leaving $63.06 to be divided among the creditors at 38.5 cents on the dollar

 

20     estate of Pendleton Settle:

          - on 19 Oct 1840, commissioners William Morris, John Parchment and R. Tompkins settled the estate

22     estate of Alexander Andrews by Seth T. Andrews, administrator:

          - Andrews made suggestion of insolvency at November 1838 term of court

          - on 5 Mar 1839, Court appointed John Richards, Jesse Lassiter and W. C. Rutland as commissioners to settle the estate

24     - estate totaled $103.615, $23.06 in expenses; balance to be distributed to creditors at 37.5 cents on the dollar

 

25     estate of Hiram D. Fowler by Nancy Fowler, administratrix:
