This group was the last to complete a full term at Kittrell School.
The 1949 term was begun (with Lowe Smith as the teacher) but after about two
weeks the school was closed and consolidated with Pleasant Shade School.
The Bilbrey girls were all sisters, Bobby, Sina and Tommy Smith were siblings as well as
Mary Jean and Larry Wilmore, Joyce and Jimmy Watson, Focian and Clyde Russell,
Billy and Bobbie Dixon and Lauretta, Amy and Tom Dickerson.
