Kemp, Adron Lutrell 1919-1991

Funeral services for Mr. Adron Kemp, a Farmer of the Buffalo Community, were conducted Friday afternoon, April 23, 1991, from the Hackett Chapel of Sanderson Funeral Home. Eld. Jeff Patterson officiated at the 2:00 p.m. services and Burial was in Defeated Creek Memorial Gardens.

Mr. Kemp died Wednesday morning, August 21, 1991, at Carthage General Hospital at the age of 72. Married March 23, 1940, to the Former Wanda Lene Sircy, he was a Defeated Creek native and the Son of the late Willie and Ina Lemons Kemp. He was a Primitive Baptist in belief.

Survivors in addition to his wife include a daughter, Dwin Wright of the Lock Seven Community; Son, Terry Kemp of Buffalo; four sisters, Lucy Patterson and Margie Green both of Carthage, Edgie Lankford and Grady Brown both of Nashville; two brothers, Chester Kemp of South Carthage, Ester Kemp of Defeated Creek; granddaughter, Pam Wright Hunter of Nashville.
