Willie Uhles To H. R. Sullins

Recorded November 18, 1925

For and in consideration of three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00) cash in
hand paid the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. I, Willie Uhles
have bargained and sold by these presents do transfer and convey into the
H. R. Sullins his heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of land in
the 10th Civil District-Smith County, State of Tennessee, as follows.

Beginning on a locust on the cash side of the Trousdale Ferry Road and
running in a southwestern direction 75 yards to an ash on Brqausford Wades
line. Thence running in a southeastern direction 75 yards with Wades line
to a stake , thence in a northeastern direction 75 yards with Eastes
Glovers line to a stake; thence north 75 yards with Eastes Glovers line to
the beginning ??? by estimation one and one eighth acre. To have and to
hold the title of said tract or parcel of land with the ??, estate, title,
and interest thereto belonging to the said H.R. Sullins his heirs and
assigns forever and I do convey with the paid H.R. Sullins that I ??
lawfully seized and possessed of said land in fee principle; have a good
right to convey it, and the same is unemcumbered. And I do further
covenant and bind myself and my heirs and representatives to warrant and
forever defend the title of said land to the said H.R. Sullins his heirs
and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
