STANDING ROCK CEMETERY

Standing Rock Cemetery is located near the intersection of Owl Hollow Road and Bunker Hill Road. About a third of graves are unmarked or marked with fieldstones. Nicole Epperson, who provided an earlier partial listing for this cemetery, identified it as Standing Rock Baptist Church and noted that J. T. Moore helped start Standing Rock. David Donahue recorded Standing Rock Cemetery February 24, 2001 and checked and updated it September 21, 2004.
