Near cemetery gate:

Erected in honor and appreciation of
ESTELLE TUBBS TODD

Founding Secretary-Treasurer of the Cemetery Association, whose dedication, determination, and untiring efforts led to construction of the building on the cemetery grounds. More importantly, this same vision, determination and effort in 1977, together with subsequent fund raising efforts over the next 25 years, led to the creation of the perpetual care trust fund which ensures that funds will be available for upkeep of the cemetery grounds in years to come.

Erected by her son Howell Wayne Todd in 2003
