HICKORY STAND CEMETERY
(Colored)

Located directly across (North) from the intersection of Largo Road and Mt. Lebanon Road on the second ridge, approximately 1 mile from the main road. There were about 20 visible graves including the two below. The cemetery is reported to be at the back of an old church known as "Hickory Stand." The church was an old log building for the colored people. This cemetery was indexed by Gail Story on February 18, 1981. A special thanks to Mr. Bon Keeton for helping me to locate this lost burial ground.
