Located on Highway 69S, follow same road as if going to the Luton graveyard, go to Guy Yarbro home, follow gravel road through gravel pit. Go through gate, walk along ridge about 5 minutes. This cemetery was indexed on April 5, 1976 by Margarett Alexander. Thanks to Dwight Patterson for going with me. This graveyard is in very poor condition in a wooded area and much growth. Mrs. Alexander noted "at least 18 unmarked graves.

Martin, Nancy, d. Jan. 1841. "Age 35 yrs" "Wife of James Martin"
Shelton, Jesse, Jan. 26, 1911-May 6, 1926, "Age 17 yrs 3 mos 10 days " "Son of George & Bell Shelton"
Local legend states that Bailey and Shelton were hanged to death for the robbing and killing of three Negroes (for $6.00). Also they were the last to be hanged to death in the State of Tennessee — at least the last from Decatur County to be hanged.
