January 24, 2004Located on K. Deberry Lane in Chester County. From Henderson take Hwy 100 West to Hwy 225 South. Go 1.5 miles to stop sign in Montezuma take a left. Immediately take another left on Old Montezuma Road. Go 0.5 mile turn left on K. Deberry Lane.
This is an old cemetery with markers dating back to 1832. A large majority of the markers are from the 1800's. Several years ago, some of the stones in the oldest part were broken and left lying on the ground. However, a new iron fence now surrounds the property thwarting would be vandals.
