HAMLETT CEMETERY (Crook, Trice)

This is a very well maintained cemetery on Smith Road, just west of Highway 22A in the Jack's Creek community of Chester County. Someone has spent time and money on the cemetery's upkeep. The cemetery contains both black and white burials. Black burials are along the eastern side of the cemetery. This record was made October 30, 1999.

The cemetery was recorded by Lewis Jones and was published in his Cemeteries in Chester County (1982, pp. 30, 111). This earlier record is referred to as Jones in notes below.
