Perry Co., archives:

Ms. Mathis, 74 of Lobelville, died at Perry Comm Hospital with services conducted by McDonald Funeral Home.  Burial in the Leeper Hill Cemetery.  Born Aug. 2, 1929, in Lobelville, dau of the late Joseph M. Chandler and Bertha E. Harper Chandler.  She was preceded by a sister, June Eckert.  Survivors include 3 sons, Joe Marvin, Stephen Bates, Clay Mathis, 2 dau, Billie A. Warren and Sherry Mercer, 2 bro, Jerry Chandler and Ron Chandler, 1 sis Helen Carroll of Corinth Mississippi.
