SAVANNAH JOLLY.She isshown on the 1860 census of Meigs County as a
daughter of WILLIAMJOLLY & NANCY DEATHERIDGE. She is living in their

One of my fathers aunts were Katy or
Catherine ELDRIDGE who marriedSamuel SCOTT. He died about 1920 in
Meigs Co and she died about 1923in either Meigs or Hamilton Co.
Another aunt of my father marriedReuben McKENZIE. I do not have their
dates of death. Any newspapernotices of their death would be
appreciated. The SCOTT's may beburied in a cemetery near the
Gunstocker Creek. Both women were bornin the 1850's in Hamilton Co
near Blue Springs. I would be gratefulfor any information on these

My paternal grandfather
was Alfred King ELDRIDGE. In 1900 his familylived in Georgetown. He
was killed in a land dispute. If anyone hasany newspaper articles
describing the incident or the trial. Wouldgladly pay copying and
postage. My father was the oldest of 5children. My grandfather was
born in 1852 and died in 1903. He isburied in a cemetery in

that married John R.NEIL in Meigs Co., March 16, 1848. I think she
is the d/o WilliamWALLIS and Temperance SHEARMAN, but am not sure.
