Bobby Neil Webb, 59, retired pipeline construction worker, died Monday night at St. Francis Hospital after a long illness. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Green Hill Memorial Gardens.

He leaves his wife, Peggy Bradford Webb; five daughters, Mrs. Donna McBroom of Brownsville, Mrs. Bobbie Hardee and Mrs. Rebecca Latham, both of Ripley, Mrs. Marilyn Picou of McMinnville, and Miss Frances Webb of Halls; a son, Lewis Eugene Webb of Corpus Christi, Texas; his mother, Mrs. Lyda Webb of Halls; a sister, Mrs. Letha Killi of Chillicothe, Mo.; a brother, Curtis Webb of San Diego, 11 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
