L. H. Watts, 74, retired construction worker, died of heart failure Wednesday at his home. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Greenhill Memorial Gardens Cemetery. He was a member of Fowlkes Church of Christ.

He leaves a brother, Raymond Watts of Halls, and a nephew who cared for him, Tony Moore.
