Lacey Waddell, 10-year-old daughter of Rhonda and James 'Smitty' Smith of Dyersburg and the late Charles Waddell, died Tuesday at Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center in Memphis of heart failure due to a lifelong illness. Services will be at 1 p.m. today at J. W. Curry & Son Funeral Home with burial in Greenhill Memorial Gardens near Halls.

She also leaves three sisters, Nickie Waddell of Dyersburg, and Christina Waddell and Melissa Waddell, both of Fort Myers, Fla.; her grandparents, Dee Snider and Louise White, both of Dyersburg, Mildred Waddell of Brownsville and Hoyt and Dorothy Snider of Dresden, and her great-grandparents, Leon and Audie Haynes of Dyersburg and Clara Dilday of Martin.
