| Mrs. Oberia Peery TUBBS, 73, of Lenox, sister of Mrs. Kate KARNAZES, of Halls, died Saturday morning, after long illness. She was the widow of C. H. TUBBS, well-known Dyersburg farmer. Services were Monday in Curry Funeral Home, burial in Fairview Cemetery. She leaves her daughter, Mrs. John WILEY, of Hinsdale, Illinois; sons, William P. TUBBS and Ted TUBBS, both of Dyersburg, Chad TUBBS, of Knoxville; and Jimmy TUBBS, of Albuquerque, N. M.; her other sisters, Mrs. Raymond HALE, Sr., of Chattanooga, and Mrs. Ed POSEY, of Coushatta, La. ; and her brothers, James C. PEERY, of Apopka, Fla., J. E. PEERY, of Memphis; Summers PEERY, of Dyersburg, and Don PEERY, of Denver, Colo. |
