William Meadows Perry, 75, retired butcher, died Sunday of congestive heart failure at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Tipton in Covington. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Greenhill Memorial Gardens. Halls Funeral Home has charge.

He was a World War II Army veteran and a member of First Baptist Church in Halls. Mr. Perry leaves a sister, Juanita Pitcock of Memphis, and two brothers, Wendell Perry of Halls and Ted Perry of Chandler, Ariz.
