Faye Patton, 76, store clerk and homemaker, died Tuesday of congestive heart failure at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Halls Funeral Home with burial in Greenhill Memorial Gardens near here. She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church.

Mrs. Patton, the widow of Rufus Patton, leaves three daughters, Betty Nooner of West Memphis, Ark., Mona Jacobs of Dyersburg and Memory Crain of Ripley; four sons, Gene Patton of Gates, and Lynn Patton, Don Patton and Jimmy Patton, all of Halls; two sisters, Lucille Meadows and Sarah Meadows, both of Ripley, 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
