Mr. & Mrs. J. Y. PATE of Bonicord were shopping in town Friday.

Clyde LEATH of near Crockett was in town Saturday.

Elder Herbert SUDBURY who has been attending school at Henderson, is at home to spend the holidays.

Paul SIMS of the Crockett County Republican at Maury City, is visiting in Henry, Tenn.

H. A. HUGHES of near Elizabeth was in town Monday.

Dr. J. P. SIMS and daughter, Miss Lida Sue, were visitors in Maury City Saturday.

W. J. TAYLOR was the auctioneer at the live stock sale Saturday. The stock was the property of William LATHAM, deceased. They brought fair prices.

Mr. MAXWELL of Finley is the guest of his brother, W. W. MAXWELL.

Dr. Will STALLINGS, who is attending a medical school at Memphis, is spending the holidays at home.

Misses Mallie WARREN and Ruth PARKER of MCFI Jackson are visiting home folks.

Millard EASON of Tigrett was in town Saturday.

Mr. John STRANGE and Mrs. Mary CARTER, popular people of the Elizabeth community, were married Saturday night. Rev. DESHAZO officiating.

Mr. Carl WOODS and Miss Hallie HUGHES, popular young people of the Elizabeth Community were married Sunday.

Mr. Dennis O'NEAL and Miss Dora BLOCK were married Sunday.
