Mrs. F. S. MOORE was a visitor in Dyersburg Tuesday.

Mrs. Euriah HARDY of Dyersburg and Mrs. MASSINGIL of Halls were the guest of Mrs. F. S. MOORE last week.

R. W. RIGGINS went to Alamo Wednesday to make bond as guardian for the children of Robert KAIL, deceased.

Uncle Jeff MOORE was in town Monday.

Moss and Carl GRIFFIN went to Jones Monday.

W. E. BOWEN was a visitor in Jackson.

Harrison HENDRIXS of Sanders was in town Monday.

The death angel visited Mr. John STRANGE last Wednesday and took from him his wife. She was buried at Bethesda Thursday.

Bedford HOPKINS was kicked by a horse last Wednesday and is in very dangerous conditions.

Mrs. Ada VICKERS and little daughter of Dyersburg visited relatives here last week.

Charles BARHAM of Martin was in the city Wednesday.

Mrs. Alice SMITH and Elijah NEEDHAM were arrested Sunday on a charge of lewdness and drunkenness. The arrests were made by Constable Ed BOLING. They were given a hearing before Esq. W. C. JAMES Monday and bound over to circuit court under a bond of $500 each. They were unable to make bond and were carried to jail by Wayna, young son of Constable BOLING.
