JAMES C. GOODWIN<\/strong>, my great-great-great grandfather, was the son of\u00a0JAMES GOODWIN<\/strong>. He was born Abt. 1815 in VA, died unknown, probably in Crockett Co, TN. He married 7 Sep 1845 in Lauderdale Co, AL to\u00a0ELIZA JANE FARMER<\/strong>, the daughter of\u00a0WILLIAM FARMER<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0SARAH FILES<\/strong>. She was born 5 Jan 1822 in AL, and died prior to the 1870 census, possibly in Tishomingo Co., MS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She married 1 Sep 1876 in Crockett Co., TN, to\u00a0CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS AGEE<\/strong>, the son of\u00a0JOHN DANIEL AGEE<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0SARAH BURTON<\/strong>. He was born 16 Mar 1845 in Gibson Co., TN, died 23 Jul 1901, and is buried in the Floyd’s Chapel Cemetery, Crockett Co., TN<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(3)<\/strong>\u00a0JAMES GOODWIN<\/strong>\u00a0was born about 1849 in MS. He married\u00a0MARY ______<\/strong>, who was born about 1850 in GA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He married 8 Nov 1874 in Crockett Co., TN, to\u00a0HARRIET ANN GRIFFIN<\/strong>, the daughter of\u00a0ASA\u00a0<\/strong>and\u00a0CELIA GRIFFIN<\/strong>. She was born about 1848 in TN, and died before the 1900 census.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(5)<\/strong>\u00a0CAROLINE E GOODWIN<\/strong>\u00a0was born 21 Feb 1852 in MS, died 4 Nov 1900, and is buried in the Lebanon Cemetery, Crockett Co., TN. She married 4 Jul 1882 in Crockett Co., TN, to\u00a0JAMES EVANS (JIM) AGEE<\/strong>, the son of\u00a0JOHN DANIEL AGEE<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0SARAH BURTON<\/strong>. He was born 21 Sep 1835 in Gibson Co., TN, died 1 Mar 1913 in Crockett Co., TN, and is buried in the Lebanon Cemetery, Crockett Co., TN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She married first 10 Jan 1878 in Crockett Co., TN, to\u00a0WILLIAM PRESTON (BILLY) AGEE<\/strong>, the son of\u00a0DANIEL THOMAS (DAN) AGEE<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0LUEMMA S. (EMMA) CONLEY<\/strong>. He was born 19 Jun 1856 in TN, died 24 Sep 1907, and is buried in the Floyd’s Chapel Cemetery, Crockett Co., TN.\u00a0MARTHA PAMELIA ELEANOR (MATTIE) GOODWIN<\/strong>\u00a0married second in 1908 in Greene Co., AR, to\u00a0JAMES MONROE AGEE<\/strong>, the son of\u00a0DANIEL THOMAS (DAN) AGEE<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0LUEMMA S. (EMMA) CONLEY<\/strong>. He was born 12 Aug 1858 in TN, died 28 Nov 1935 in Paragould, Greene Co., AR, and is buried in the Linwood Cemetery, Paragould, AR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
