TENNESSEE WARD a Colord Woman this day came into Court and asked that MAGGIE WARD, JULIA WARD and GILBERT WARD her children be apprenticed to J. F. SINCLAIR Thereupon the said J. F. SINCLAIR came into Court and entered into three separate bonds in one thousand dollars each with I. F. OSBORNE, J. W. MANLEY and J. B. HAY as his securities who severally acknowledged said Bond in open Court The securities stated on oath they proverably worth amt of said Bond in property subject to Execution after paying all liabilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
