On motion Z. S. A. MITCHELL was this day appointed Guardian of JEFFERSON PORTER, M. FRANCIS PORTER, GEORGIA ANN PORTER, MARGRET PORTER and LOULA PORTER thereupon the said Z. S. A. MITCHELL came into Court was duly qualified entered into and acknowledged his bond in the sum of Two thousand Dollars with P. W. MOORE and W. H. MITCHELL as his securities who severally acknowledged said bond in open Court which bond was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
