G. W. BOWLING was this day appointed guardian of Martha H. PERMENTER, minor orphan of Lee PERMENTER, deceased. Thereupon the said G. W. BOWLING came into open Court and entered into Bond in the sum of Four Thousand Dollars with F. CLARK and A. J. WAINWRIGHT as his securities, who severally acknowledged said bond in open Court and the said G. W. BOWLING was duly qualified as the Law directs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
