M. B. PERMENTER, administrator of L. H. PERMENTER<\/p>\n\n\n\n
It hereby appeared to the satisfaction of this Court that L. H. PERMENTER has departed this life and he died intestate. It is therefore ordered by the Court that M. B. PERMENTER be and he is hereby appointed administrator of the said L. H. PERMENTER, dec’d, estate. Thereupon the said M. B. PERMENTER came into Court and entered into bond in the sum of Four Thousand Dollars with F. CLARK & B. J. PERMENTER as his securities,who severally acknowledged said Bond in Open Court, which was approved by the Court and ordered to be recorded and the said M. B. PERMENTER was duly qualified as the Law directs. It was further ordered that letters of Administration issue to said M. B. PERMENTER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
