David S. MOODY, Guardian of Martha J. MOODY, T. E. MOODY, David H. MOODY, W. L. MOODY, M. E. MOODY & D. MOODY, this day came into Court and proved his bond as guardian of the aforesaid children, with T. E. NOEL and P. M. NEAL as his securities, who severally acknowledged said Bond in Open Court and NOEL & NEAL stated on oath they were worth the amount of the said Bond, Six Thousand Dollars, not liable to execution after all liabilities were liquidated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
