Jno. and Mattie Mays<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On motion J. D. AGEE was this day appointed Guardian of JOHN MAYS and MATTIE MAYS minor heirs of W. M. MAYS deceased<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Thereupon the said J. D. AGEE came into open Court and entered into bond in the sun of One Hundred and fifty Dollars with D. T. AGEE as his security who severally acknowledged said bond in open Court, which was approved by the Court and ordered recorded and the said J. D. AGEE was duly qualified as the law directs. It was further ordered that Letters of Guardianship issue to the said J. D. AGEE<\/p>\n\n\n\n
