On motion W. C. HAY was this day appointed Guardian of WM., ELLEN, J. W., J. B. and S. W. MANLEY minor orphans of J. W. MANLEY deceased.. Therefore the said W. C. HAY came into open Court and entered into bond in the sum of Three Thousand Dollars with JAMES W. WATSON and THOMAS WOODS as his securities\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n
